We had a wonderful day celebrating Ethan's 1 month and Michael's 29th birthday. Our day started by taking Ethan to the doctor for his check up. He is 9 pounds and 3 ounces, and 21 and 1/2 inches long. His hair is still red and his eyes are still blue like his dad's. He was a trooper with his shot. He only cried for a few seconds. Ethan that is, not Michael. Ethan was a little fussy in the evening and he did sleep most of the next day.

We were treated to a great lunch by the wonderful folks at KIA Insurance, Michael's client. It was nice to meet them and have them meet Ethan. We had a really good time. It was very kind of them to take time out of their busy day to celebrate with us. It is also nice to have a face to put with a name when Michael comes home to talk about his day. Thanks guys, we really appreciate it!

Later that evening we had birthday cake and Michael opened his gifts before we took Kyle to Basketball practice. Michael really liked the Sierra Vista sweatshirt that Kyle got him. He wore it the very next day!
